What is HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and where does it come from?

Human growth hormone is the one responsible for the growth of the bone and all the tissues of the body by means of breaking down fats and stimulating protein synthesis to provide energy. This is also called as somatotropin and produced by the pituitary gland.
