The best diet for anti aging is the so-called “whole foods” diet. These foods contain vegetables, legumes, eggs, and yogurt, oils that are rich in monounsaturated fats, fruits, breads that are multigrain, water and tea. This has to do with the phytochemicals, monounsaturated fats and antioxidants that had been contributed.
